Ordering & paying
Which payments do you take?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, wallet credit and points. No cards.
How does bKash or Nagad work?
Send money to bKash 01XXX-XXXXXX or Nagad 01XXX-XXXXXX, then enter the transaction ID. We check it by hand; the sending fee is yours. No ID after 24 hours and the order is cancelled.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
No. The delivery charge is paid in advance by bKash, Nagad or wallet; the goods at the door. Above ৳10,000, a 20% deposit first.
Delivery
How much and how fast?
Inside the city ৳80, next day (order by 9pm). Outside ৳150, 2–3 days. Free from ৳3,000 of goods after discounts.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Where the courier allows it.
Returns & refunds
What can I return?
Damaged, expired or wrong items — reported within 24 hours of delivery. No change-of-mind returns. A parcel that never arrived isn’t a return: contact us and we’ll trace it.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go to your wallet. If you paid by bKash or Nagad, ask and we’ll send it back there. Cash you paid at the door can be withdrawn from your wallet by bKash or Nagad, no minimum, on the monthly payout. The delivery charge isn’t refunded once the parcel has left.
Points, wallet & referral
How do points work?
One point for every ৳100 of goods after discounts, added when the order completes. Pay with points from 100 points, up to 50% of goods. They expire 12 months after they’re earned.
What do referrals give?
৳200 wallet credit each when a friend’s first order of ৳1,500 or more completes.
