ফ্রি ডেলিভারি
ছাড়ের পর ৳3,000 বা তার বেশি পণ্যে। আর কত লাগবে, ব্যাগে দেখানো থাকে। ভারী বা ভঙ্গুর পণ্যে আলাদা সারচার্জ লাগতে পারে, যা আলাদা লাইনে দেখানো হয়।
Cash on delivery and the advance
Cash on delivery has no fee. Its delivery charge is paid in advance by bKash, Nagad or wallet, and only the goods are paid at the door. On a free-delivery order the zone charge is still paid up front and taken off the cash due. Above ৳10,000, a 20% deposit first.
At the door
Where the courier allows it, open the parcel before paying. Damaged, expired or wrong? Refuse just that item — you pay nothing for it. Refuse for any other reason and the parcel comes back to us: anything you prepaid for the goods is refunded to your wallet. The delivery charge isn’t refunded either way.
Local delivery and Pickup
Local delivery by our own staff and Pickup from a warehouse are arranged with our staff on WhatsApp or by phone, never at checkout.
